Well I finally received help from Advantech and they told me to disable lcd support on my motherboard and it was worked only when X windows finally boots up. I still can't get the Bios startup screen along with linux initialization and command prompt in linux. So I assume that you should disable the lcd support and have only CRT support if thats possible. Please respond if anyone has information why and how to fix my problem with the absence of the command prompt.
