16 bit PC104 to PCI adapter

Hello,

I am looking for a 16 bit PC104 to PCI adapter. The PC104 is 16 bit,
not PC104+. The PC104 bus is a stack and we use a ribbon cable. The
adapter would need to house at least one PCI card.

Does anyone know of something like this?

David
