PC104+ can be adapted to PCI... PC/104 is just ISA with a different connector basically, and I beleive PC/104+ is just PCI w/ a different connector (not 100% sure on that, but it's close if not exactly the same as 'regular' PCI)... an adapter from PC104 to PCI would be really difficult to do though, and AFAIK nobody makes one..
