You're probably right, but the JSF (Joint Strike Fighter - the new
stealth fighter that all branches of the military are converging on)
program would really get a boost if we could plug in a PCI card into the
16 bit PC104 stack in some manner.

If you know of anything, it would really be great.

PC104+ can be adapted to PCI... PC/104 is just ISA with a different
connector basically, and I beleive PC/104+ is just PCI w/ a different
connector (not 100% sure on that, but it's close if not exactly the
same
as 'regular' PCI)... an adapter from PC104 to PCI would be really
difficult to do though, and AFAIK nobody makes one..
