Possible solution for Li-Ion charging

The above is a schematic and explanation of a Li-Ion charging system and
battery pack using a Datel regulator..

It would allow you to run the system continually, even while plugging and
unplugging wall power, and charge while plugged into the wall..

It may be flawed, so please let me know before I try it out.
