Verizon - express data (CDMA 1xRTT) -1.54 MB in burst mode typical.
Pretty much universal coverage.

Otherwise 802.11b and search for hotspot coverage.

Subject: Choice of wireless solutions

Im looking for a wireless connectivity solution for my
wearable computer and don't know what to get 802.11
wont go far enough and im looking at needing about
2000 ft plus omni-directional connection at any speed
faster then 14.4kbps. My cell cell service gives me
19kbps but it disconnects all the time so thats not
very reliable. I have looked at some wireless modems
but I've only found ones that cost $500. So please
help me.
