Has anyone had problems with this specific converter? I bought the same model for use with a KVM switch. After an hour or so of use, smoke started rising from the switch. Both the switch and converter were dead, but my computers and input devices were unharmed. I'm not certain if it was the converter or switch, though, especially since I've had a second switch from the same company recently die.
