handheld display?

 Hi, I'm building a second wearable for a friend of mine who has seems to 
have some motion sickness with an hmd.  I am looking for a handheld screen 
that accepts vga input. It needs to be either powered with batteries or 
accept 5v input. Has anybody come across something like this?
