Personal information management on wearable computers

Out of curiosity, what do you use to manage your personal information
while on a wearable computer? This would include your tasks,
appointments, random notes, e-mail and contacts.

One of the things I like about bringing a computer with me everywhere
is having all that data. I use (and now maintain) planner.el for
Emacs, which is half-decent even with a speech-output interface
although I need to tweak it to make it a bit less verbose. I'd like to
be more wearable-friendly, and I want to pick up features people like
about other PIMs. I wonder if there's a way to turn my work on
planner.el into research in wearable computing and/or personal
information management. =)
