Supposedly just 4mm larger than the HS-1600:

http://www.boser.com.tw/products/sbc/hs2602.htm

TM3200/400MHz or TM5800/800MHz
similar to the earlier one (256MBytes ram, audio, video,
ethernet, mini-pci, DiskOnChip, 4 RS-232 blah, blah, blah)
plus, new on this board:
flash (8-64MBytes) on-board
PC/104
SMI 721 video chip

The SMI 721 popularly supports TV-out on many boards but not here.
(If you are aware of TV-out under linux for that chip, email me -
I and a few others haven't had the time to play with that completely).

For completeness/indexing:
the SMI 721 is also known as the SiliconMotion Lynx 3DM.

It claims Compact Flash, but it seems to be through an IDE->CF adapter.
