I think it depends on the exact legalese in the patent.  If you don't
like the patent ;-) write up a little blurb and submit it to /. for
one of their 'patent pending' news items.

Depends as above.

Frankly I think it's a dumb idea.  Beyond the 'fall down
and choke on it' issue, who wants a tiny display you have
to hold your head in one position to read?  I can't see
"first responders" are going to want anything which limits
their neck's freedom of motion.
