I'll volunteer to organize a group buy of M1 dev kits for $199 each. 

I have one, helps to solder your video and power wires directly to the
board instead of trying to find the connector.

Dunno if I need another, but the bonus for me if we get 15 orders is nice. :)

and to make it reasonable, every M1 kit will come with an additional
display. I have a bunch of raw displays. I'll test them before sending
out. :)
