How fast do you need to be able to output signals?
Ubicom's SX series is PIC compatible, and pipelined,
so it can get 1 IPC instead of 1/4. They also have a
nice amount of pins, since they're marketed as virtual
peripherals to replace multiple discrete components.
IIRC, they sell them at 50 MHz and 75 MHz, but have
been reliably overclocked to 100 MHz.
