Yeah, any color red you want.   
But blue + green full color is coming "real soon"... since 1998.

"Retinal Scanning" offers no advantage except unlimited brightness (you CAN 
scan a 1 W laser into your eye).   It's big, it's clunky, it's expensive, and 
at video frame rates it is very limited in resolution.   

For that matter, my old CRT TV (or HMD) rasters a spot right on my retina - 
and it does it in full color.
