It has been good so far. There is no recording of the conference at all. A simulcast would defeat the purpose of the conference, which is to bring people together on the same topic. Half of the information you get from the conference is during the sessions, and the other half is from interacting with the other people outside of normal conference events. The proceedings are available from IEEE, which is of course usually a whole lot cheaper than the conference itself. Next year ISWC will be in Osaka, Japan, so there should be lots of nice gadgets. -Bryan Hurley On Wed, 3 Nov 2004 05:00:01 +0000 (UTC), jon sable <> wrote: > It would be nice to see some one post iswc feedback. > > I find it odd that such an event has no simulcast going on, or video book > of the proceedings, i'll purchase the the book eventually, just would be > nice to have the option to purchase the proceedings on video as well. > > anyway, > > for night life, check out Nations, last time there it was fun. > > Cheers > > _______________________________________________ > Wear-Hard mailing list >
