Sebastien, I am on the road and away from my notes at the moment but off the top of my head I would make sure that you check out the work of Genevieve Bell. She is an anthropologist working at Intel (last I heard) and has done some solid work on ethnographic differences on technology use / adoption. So if you are considering cell phones to be wearables then her stuff is on point. If not then it is worth having on your radar. I bounced my reply to the entire list so I could ask if anyone else know of work along these lines? It is something I have been trying to track down myself with little luck.
