Sorry, I didn't make it clear, the IOGEAR KVM I use has USB console
ports. It expects a USB keyboard to be plugged in to one port, and a USB
mouse to be plugged in to another port. It doesn't work correctly having
a single USB composite device. The keyboard works, but the mouse
doesn't. If I could find a PS/2 to USB adapter that looked like just a
mouse then that would probably work, but I haven't seen them. So, I have
tried one of the passive mouse adapters, and it works--but only if the
mouse can support it.
