I'm such a fan of wearable technology, but to date I've never owned anything more wearable than a GPS. I'm thinking of taking a big step forward this summer by buying Rino 120 gps/radio units for my gf and I for a certain nevada dry lake bed desert event. So I was looking at headsets since I want to look super geeky and ran across something called "Throat Mics", basically a microphone that works under the loudest conditions. So my question is, does anyone know what type of headphone/mic jack the Rino is, and if you've used throat mics before, how useful are they? Can't wait to have some gear on me, even if it isn't a HMD and lipstick cam= era. Oh and does anyone in the wearable community use throat mics for their wearcomps? -nym _______________________________________________ Wear-Hard mailing listhttp://www.haven.org/mailman/listinfo/wear-hard
