The SVGA-3D boards split out the right and left eyes from the incoming
SVGA signal to give you stereo. Each board is set to Left or Right
orientation. If use only use one display you may not get full
resolution or refresh rate or some other issue.

Plus the optics are big. If you go with something like ski goggles you
could probably do it, but nothing small like sunglasses probably.
