Why don't you make a simple script to log the uptime, charge the
computer fully, and then just let it run until the batteries run out?=20
You can run it once and let the computer sit idle, and then do it
again while running some stress-testing program.  I'm not sure which
would be most appropriate, but I've got some guesses:

- Stress [http://weather.ou.edu/~apw/projects/stress/]
- CPUBurn [http://pages.sbcglobal.net/redelm/]

Otherwise, you can just look through these:
http://ltp.sourceforge.net/tooltable.php and find the one[s] you want.
