It does have both USB and IrDA, so in theory you could probably hack together some sort of Bluetooth support with an adapter from one of those ports, but the software side would not be trivial at all. Not a project I'd really recommend trying without a compelling reason and a lot of Palm experience. Also, note that as far as I can tell it's currently unavailable for purchase anywhere. I've been trying to find one since it was accounced, and it's perpetually out of stock: the initial batch got snapped up instantly and no more have been forthcoming.
