Another viewpoint is that there is a significant array of devices out there
(cell phone, pda, ipod, digital camera) that are all converging on the basic
idea of an always-with-you, battery powered, wirelessly networked device with
significant processing and storage capabilities.  Throw in an acceptable
consumer-level head mounted display and you have a wearable computer.
