I'm fairly sure you can stack multiple expansion boards. Why couldn't you have two CF expansion boards? I'm not 100% sure (can't find a reference showing this) so perhaps dropping a line to Gumstix is in order? Alternately, use one CF board, and use a Ratoc CF USB host adapter, and plug your wireless card and USB microdrive into that.
