I believe so, since the ps/2 to USB adapters came down it price.

I'm guessing it's more cost effective and easier to only have one
product to support.

The 'E' key on mine is loose. It still works, but just doesn't have a
snappy feel to it anymore, slides up and down. Is there a way to fix it?
