yes and millions / billions of dollars spent, make something a common 
soldier would use...again i'm no special forceces handicaped person...i 
just care for more spending on conventional arms.  Now when you friend 
bubba the gungho specforce3s dork, asks for a light night vision system, 
yawn and say hey bro that money was spent on that cough/spit-22 project
dude a better system, call you congressmen.
