It's item number is C250-1198 at tiger direct.

I bought it at on sale at Fry's for like 3.99 with a $3 mail in
rebate. Works better than some $20 ones I tried.

The only number on the package that may be usefull is USB-2400 but
searching for that came up with a bunch of stuff that wasn't what I
bought, or at least the pictures were wrong, so beware.
