However, for those who would like to stick to a traditional desktop/laptop interface style, I present this potentially much-cheaper cousin of the Twiddler. http://www.adesso.com/products_detail.asp?productid=363 I do not as yet know of a commercial source of the mice, but it seems like this would be a reasonable hardware platform to modify into a belt-hanging chording keyboard + mouse.
