Also, in a similar category is this one:

...but much cheaper.  $170 base or $205 FOB for 512MB CF, Puppy Linux
and WiFi.  200MHz SiS550 w/ 128MB RAM, EIDE pinout, 8MB Video w/ vga, 3
USB, ethernet, PS/2, AC97 audio, 5v @3A, 505g.  Almost twice the size,
slightly more power requirements, and slightly more than half the price. 

...now if the prices of HMDs would drop significantly...
