Yes there is! But I can't remember what they're called... I'm sure someone on here remembers them. The one that I remember at the moment has a wrist or palm attachment ( I don't remember), and then it had small things that attached to your finger tips connected by a wire(or something?). I'm can't remember if that specifc device was ever commercially produced, but I'm sure at least something similar has been.
