Hi Aaron,

 I think Philips had a book called "new nomads: an exploration of wearable
electronics by Philips". New nomads is published by 010 publishing.

 "The SuperModern Wardrobe" by Andrew Bolton. V&A Publication.

 Proceedings of Mat. Res. Symp. Vol. 736 might also be helpful.
