The split keyboard is a good idea, but realistically, anything attached to your body would need a "keypad" that had slightly smaller and separated keys that were not so sensitive to touch, ie...accidental keystrikes by bumping or touching the keyboard. That is why I keep thinking of my Universal TV remote, it has the right amount of keypressure to avoid accidental activation.
