Hi, I have just subscribed to this circle and would like some help with a project. Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am a final-year student at Loughborough University in England. My final-year project is based on the human interaction with a wearable computer. The wearable uses a Virtual-IO HMD modified so that the display covers the right eye - the left eye is free. The program I run on the wearble is a simple search task. What I wish to know is does anyone know of any research having been carried out on the dichoptic vision of wearables, ie as the right eye looks at a display, what is happening to the left - does what it see interfere with the task of the right eye? Or is the left eye left out of the picture (so to speak)? Any pointers will be appreciated. Peter Pisula
