Hi,

I have just subscribed to this circle and would like some help with a
project. Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am a final-year student at
Loughborough University in England. My final-year project is based on the
human interaction with a wearable computer.

The wearable uses a Virtual-IO HMD modified so that the display covers the
right eye - the left eye is free. The program I run on the wearble is a
simple search task.

What I wish to know is does anyone know of any research having been carried
out on the dichoptic vision of wearables, ie as the right eye looks at a
display, what is happening to the left - does what it see interfere with
the task of the right eye? Or is the left eye left out of the picture (so
to speak)?

Any pointers will be appreciated.
