pc104 arm ??

It seems to me that the talk of creating alternative energy to power
wearables or charging batterys is only a short term "fix" to get around
the problem of power consumption of these devices. A problem which could
be solved by using lower powered devices such as the arm processor.. now
that Linux runs on the arm architecture I would like to know if anybody
has heard of a PC104 board with an arm/strong arm chip instead of an x86
intel/cyrix/amd chip??
