Thanks to all for their helpful suggestions. I sent one of the 66 MHz boards that was not recognizing the RAM expansion to AMPRO. They received the board this morning, and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently there was an open connection in one of the vias. AMPRO fixed the problem, and I should working have the board back tomorrow.
