I previous tried to start a gameboy wearable but my major downfall was a
storage device.  It is completely possible and feesible but I didn't
have time to develop one.  I'm going to start work on it again though.
As far as Linux on a gameboy.  It has already been ported to Z80.  Its
called UZI.  If your interested in developing a Gameboy Wearable please
let me know.
