To fill in the blank, MacOS costs $99. Note, however, that the "full"
version, as opposed to an upgrade version, of Win95 is $209. Linux
wins anyway, of course.

The MacOS system with all the bells and whistles is about the same
as Win95, 100+ megs. Naturally, you can pare it down quite a bit,
or if resources are at premium even downgrade to a prior version: my
Mac Plus runs quite nicely with a single 800K MacOS system floppy disk
and 1 meg of RAM, for instance.

The death blow for a MacOS wearable, though, is the fact that you
would have to make a wearable out of an existing MacOS computer
(for instance by tearing apart a PowerBook) rather than making your
own from compact components like you can with Linux.
