The local police already have this built into their radios (handhelds)
press a button and the dispatchers can triangulate position better than
GPS can give. So the application is already implimented, now adding a
starlight scope to the officers heads... that would be a bonus.. Now how
to get a municipality to spend money on technology.....That's a real
trick!
