Just stack your PC-104 VGA card and other accessories on it. The price of $299 suprised me... but I suppose this is just the board, without cpu or RAM. I havnt checked prices lately on just plain chips, so dunno how much the total cost of outfitting this board would be, compared to a Ampro P5i, which comes with a 133 or 166 Pentium... but still no ram for $972. Also, this Jameco page doesnt list power consumption for the board.
