When I found out about the Sony Glasstron PLM-A55, I posted to this list. Lately, there seems to be new interest in the product. I have never used the Glasstron. I do want to warn people before they run out to buy it that it only takes NTSC signals. I bought a ATI PocketScan Converter, and was going to buy a Glasstron but after seeing the poor quality of the image from the VGA -> NTSC on a CRT. I did not want to see it on a $600 LCD screen. If you could find a better way to do VGA-> NTSC try the Glasstron, otherwise at least get the converter first so you are out $100 rather than $700.
