Video conversion question...

My significant other has expressed to me her desire to also become a
cyborg... So- I have this old 286 laptop that should become useless when
I get 'borged myself... Really small guts and CGA(15.75KHz, 640x200)
output in the back. Then I guess she could do everything w/NOS or ELKS.

I can build a little circuit to convert the RGB signals to NTSC, but CGA
is at TTL level, and the sync signals are positive...

Question is: How would I convert the signal to the right levels? I assume
that a couple of inverting op-amps would do the trick for the sync, but
what should the gain be? (obviously, I may not quite know what I'm
talking about :) And are the R, G, and B signals also at TTL level, or
are they ok the way they are?

Thanks,
  -Lee.
