Twiddler macros

ctrl-w cuts with M-x completion-kill-range
Meta-w copies with M-x kill-ring-save
(ie, this is why I changed function key over to Meta ;-)

kill-ring-save: an interactive compiled Lisp function.
(kill-ring-save BEG END)
Save the region as if killed, but don't kill it.
This command is similar to `copy-region-as-kill', except that it gives
visual feedback indicating the extent of the region being copied.
