Obviously not all wearable computers will require complete desktop
functionality...i.e. a virtual display bicycle computer, or some
such thing. It would need to display only such information as time,
speed, perhaps pedaling cadence, etc.
This could be displayed in a very small display, and one with limited
capabilities.
To this end, I have picked up 2 "Virtual Pets" at Fry's...they're on
sale for $.99 this week. Certainly cheaper than I could buy a
generic bit-mappable LCD display.
So, has anyone ever cobbled together a rudimentary display system
from one of these things? It seems like a standard LCD display,
but who knows? Can anyone provide me with a starting points?
