Sigh.  Should add this to the web pages.

With the 133 586 20M RAM,PE, Twiddler, and 2.1G toshiba:  2.5W min
See ~7W spikes on startup,  so I say 5W when doing moderate activity. 
Battery life/ratings confirm.  Up to 15 hours 2 Sony NP-F950's.  No
power management. 

Add 2.5W for the Sierra wireless 110 depending on what you're doing.

If you want to go with  VGA boards I suggest
ampro  SVGII with 1M cirrus logic chips:   .5W additional
