Actually Most of those open-source projects are more wish lists than anything real. The linux Software map has a nice listing of what is available and where to get it. Unfortunately www.ssc.com links to the software map and has been broken for almost a year now. I'll try and dig up the real URL for the software map. But to my reccolection I believe Ears is the only project currently going on for speech recognition that is releasing source code.
