Eric,
	If they bill your credit card, refuse payment, you've got a good
case.  When, and if you get the battery, put it in your closet and forget
about it.  If they don't contact you inside of several months keep the
battery as a symbol of their appologees.  I'm serious.  Your not
responsible for thier screw up, and your not accountable for returning the
merchandise, at this point.
