The higher efficiency converters are Datels Single Output UNS Series of
Non-Isolated 3.3V and 5V 10-15 watt dc/dc converters.  They claim to be
typically 92% efficient, but they are not yet in full production.  I've
ordered a couple and they said it would be 3-4 weeks before I would get
them.  They are pretty inexpensive ($34/unit).

Is isolation a big concern for wearables? (*electrical* isolation ;)
