I was thinking of trying to use a 2-3 strands of that thin enameled
antenna/small motor winding wire for each line, assuming the voltage
drop isn't too high...  And I suppose run a piece of ribbon cable down
one (or maybe both) sides...

And I don't know why I said "voltage follower"- I meant buffer.  I
suppose I was still steaming about my crappy VOM.

But it would keep people from getting too close- er, well- a second time
anyway...  Seriously though, I assume we're talking about very low
amperage here?  How expensive is this stuff?
