Distances between center of buttons:
row 1 - row 2: 1.8 cm
row 1 - row 3: 3.5 cm
row 1 - row 4: 5.3 cm

col 1 - col 2: 1.1 cm
col 1 - col 3: 2.3 cm

Buttons are ovals, 1.3 cm x .5 cm.

The face of the twiddler is slightly convex, so the thickness
at rows 1 and 4 is slightly less than that at rows 2 and 3.

Thickness from case seam (which is straight):
row 1: 1.1 cm
row 2: 1.3 cm
row 3: 1.4 cm
row 4: 1.3 cm

All spacings appear uniform, so I suspect my measurements
above are off by .05 cm in appropriate places (my ruler isn't
graduated that finely, however).

The center column of buttons has little raised nibs so you
can distinguish those buttons by touch.
