I assume you aren't looking at the pc/104 carrier boards.  They're
3.5"x4" boards that provide flash chips, plugs for all your ports and
power management.  You can get them from Parvus, and Cell Computing:

Cell Computing also mentions making some deal with Parvus to make a
couple of new pc/104 boards for their CardPC.
