According to Doug Etzel it's by a Japanese company, Dennow,
http://www.dennow.co.jp. Japan doesn't use PC/104 much and Dennow has
their own non-104 stacking technology which is not compatible with 104.
The board is narrower but longer than PC/104. No IDE, but you can get a
second board from Dennow that has a built-in 2.5" drive and that stacks
onto the CPU board. Cell Computing was thinking about it as a possible
wearable board in November but decided it was too expensive and too
incompatible with US standards.
